Presentation submission information:
Government and industry representatives should submit presentation topics and abstracts on or before August 12, 2020. Please e-mail the presentation title, abstract and, the presenter/s and affiliation to the OSCG Co-Chairs (Contact Info Below). Due to time limitations, there are a total of 12 presentation slots (6 Aviation and 6 Medical). The OSCG co-chairs will review all submissions for content and relevance and select the 12 topics to be presented. All submitters will be notified via email by August 19, 2020. Approved presentations will be limited to 25 minutes each including a short question and answer period. Presenters must also be willing to commit to a short preparatory session to verify their video, audio, and slides work properly on the Microsoft Teams platform.
NOTE: As always, ALL presenters at the general meeting are requested to ensure the information is unclassified, unlimited access, and in the public domain.
Attendance for this year’s event is FREE to all OSCG Members; all you will need to do is register. A registration form will be posted with the details and agenda to the OSCG website as soon as possible. You will receive a link to join the meeting online 1 week prior to the event.
