Oxygen Standardization Coordinating Group
The Oxygen Standardization Coordinating Group (OSCG) is an annual collaborative assembly of all five branches of the United States and international military forces as well as many applicable industry leaders designing and manufacturing Oxygen solutions for the warfighter. The technical interchange also offers industry leaders the exclusive opportunity to privately brief a panel of government affiliates on recent developments pertaining to Military Oxygen systems such as aviation Oxygen Systems, Medical Oxygen Systems, paratrooper Oxygen Systems, etc.
The organization is led by a board of subject matter experts representing the United States Army, Navy and Air Force. These key representatives carry a heavily influential role in both regulating and implementing the Oxygen requirements necessary to meet military standards.
Becoming a member of OSCG is totally free. Please follow the link "Join OSCG" and complete the short form with your contact information. Members will receive updates regarding recent activity pertaining to the regulations and requirements within the military and commercial Oxygen market.
Notice of OSCG 2014 Meeting Cancellation
The OSCG military co-chairs have decided to cancel the 2014 OSCG meeting due to funding constraints caused by sequestration. The primary issue is U.S. Government attendance will be extremely limited or not possible due to the lack of travel funds. We have discussed other means for interaction (web meeting, mini-OSCG, etc.) but they will not accomplish the purpose of OSCG which is face-to-face discussions between all parties (military, NATO, NASA, FAA, and industry) to obtain a wide range of perspectives on oxygen systems topics. Our plan is to resume our regular OSCG meetings in the summer of 2015. The planned location is San Antonio, Texas. We wish you and your organization the best in 2014 and please feel free to contact the OSCG Government representatives via e-mail or phone regarding any oxygen system topic or issue.
